A graduation ceremony for a workshop for corporate entrepreneurs was held! The first batch of students of “Shido (Start-Up)”, a training program for entrepreneurs run by METI, came from Tokyo and Hiroshima and voluntarily conducted the workshop about twice a month for a year.
Seiji Nakamura, president of Chuo Electric Power Co., Ltd, one of the representative members of the Kansai block and EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2015, made a congratulatory speech. He conveyed enthusiastic messages about his principles extracted from his 20-year experience, especially organizational skills. After that, six mentees made presentation pitches with the participation of commentators Makino from Darma Tech Labs and Gon from Tohmatsu Venture Support. The graduation ceremony successfully ended with cooperation from many people.
We are grateful for mentors and many people involved, as well as glad to know that a community of corporate entrepreneurs in Kansai has been established. A networking infrastructure for entrepreneurs is steadily taking shape in Kansai now.
