OUI is the industrial-governmental-academic collaborative organization for The University of Oxford.<\/p>\n<p> As Osaka aims to provide the world-class venture ecosystem, it is essential to strengthen collaborations across Government, universities and research institutes and industry.  At the seminar Mr Simon Gray (Head of Marketing) and Dr Chandra Ramanujan (Manager of Licensing &#038; Ventures) at OUI talked about The University of Oxford\u2019s ecosystem and successes from industrial-governmental-academic collaboration.
