Tech Osaka Summit 2025 is a global startup event that brings together ambitious startups, forward-thinking businesses, and investors exploring new opportunities. Through meaningful networking and collaboration, the summit aims to foster mutual growth and innovation.
In collaboration with initiatives such as Global Startup EXPO 2025, organized by the Japanese government at the Expo site to bring together startup stakeholders from around the world, the event offers even greater opportunities for exchange and development.
The Tech Osaka Summit 2025 will feature a variety of content, including exhibitions and pitch contests that highlight the appeal of startups, with a focus on three of the Osaka-Kansai region's strongest fields: bio and life sciences / healthcare, green technology, and digital.

In light of recent developments across Europe, where startups, research, and innovation have become top priorities, the European Commission has launched the EU Startup and Scaleup Strategy. Titled “Choose Europe to Start and Scale,” this initiative aims to reinforce Europe’s position in the global innovation landscape and to make it the ideal base to start, grow, and scale a global company.
This panel will provide an in-depth examination of Europe’s current innovation landscape and how Europe is becoming a great environment for startups to grow. In this context, special attention will be given to Japan-EU relations and the potential for Japanese startups looking to expand to Europe.
