We offer visitors opportunities to have 30-minute, pre-scheduled business meetings with startups as well as businesses and investors (including venture capital and corporate venture capital firms) invited by the organizers.
We will provide individually separated booths for the business meetings. It will be a great opportunity for the visitors who want to take their time to carefully discuss business matters.

How to participate

Book your meeting from My Page (via EventHub), which can be accessed after you have registered for Tech Osaka Summit 2025.
Meeting time

30 minutes per session (including time for switching seats)

Step1

If you are a general visitor, register for the event on the website.

* If you have not registered, click here to register.
Step2

Book your meeting from My Page, which can be accessed after you have completed your registration.

* You can check the profiles of participants available for matching sessions on the Participant List page. There, you can send a message to the participants you would like to meet with, book a meeting, and reserve a meeting booth.

* Please note that bookings for meetings will start on August 22, 2025 in the system.
Step3

Wait near the venue when your scheduled time approaches.
(Come to the venue about five minutes before your meeting starts.)

When it is time for your scheduled meeting, have a 30-minute business meeting with the person you have made an appointment with at the reserved meeting booth.

* For detailed instructions on how to use My Page, follow the following steps: After registering for the event, go to My Page and find “Account” at the top right on the screen. Open “Help” and select “How to use the networking function.” Select “[Offline event] Decide where to meet” and you will find the instructions.

We will provide individually separated booths for the business meetings.

*Business card exchange meetings allow for business matching (business card exchange) with business operators and investors (including VC and CVC) in a short time. For those who find it difficult to participate in speed dating (15 minutes per session) or who wish to interact with more business operators and investors (including VC and CVC), please take advantage of this opportunity.

* There will be a waiting space with chairs in front of each company’s booth on the day. Please wait in line.

* Each meeting basically lasts 15 minutes. After your meeting time is over, you will need to switch to the next person. Only if there is no one waiting next in line may you continue with the meeting after discussing with the person you are having the meeting with.

* Businesses and investors (including venture capital and corporate venture capital firms) you want to meet with might be absent from their booth to participate in other activities at the event. Please check their booths and the information on the day.
