A Place for Challengers to Gather and Meet
OIH is a place where startups and the many people who support their challenges come together, and where new connections are born through networking, meetings, and events.
We have set up four zones for different startup growth phases and purposes, and expanded the facility to about 1.5 times its former size.
The environment supports the full range of startup activities, from day-to-day work to networking and events.
Using OIH
Startup members and partner members can use OIH as a base for their activities, including coworking and meetings.
Anyone can join the events and programs held at OIH, even if you are not a member.

Creation Commons
The first point of contact, where visitors naturally strike up conversations and challenges, ideas, and networks mix. It can also be used for casual meetings and coworking.

Innovation Stage
A stage for sharing your challenge and winning people over. Through pitches, demos, and presentations of results, it creates encounters with customers, partners, and investors, and moves you forward toward collaboration, investment, and commercialization. We hold a variety of events in cooperation with partner members.

Growth in Residency Studio
A place where startups can grow together with partners. We also offer counter seats with a view of greenery, booth seats where you can focus on your work, and desks for groups of 5 to 10.

Ecosystem Lounge
A co-creation meeting lounge where diverse players gather and build trust. Meeting rooms are also available for business talks with startups.

Facility Amenities
Wi-Fi is available throughout OIH, and every seat has a power outlet.
We also provide monitors, whiteboards, and other equipment for meetings and more.
