Google Japan Inc. and Osaka Innovation Hub will run a collaborative event for students only!

Here is your opportunity to realize idea of yours and your new mates by developing mobile application under the support of Google technical staff.
“Goolge Hackathon” is a student-only event to generate ideas and to produce prototypes of mobile application in a short period of time.
Participants will have chances to experience principles of Google and receive feedbacks to apply for “AdMob Application Development Contest for Students” sponsored by Google.
Students who enjoy app development, have interesting apps idea, and expect to work in a team from creating concept to realizing applications, do sign up for this event!

About AdMob
AdMob is a world’s largest mobile advertising company operated by Google. Developers can facilitate monetization and advertising of apps by utilizing AdMob.
About AdMob application development contest for students
AdMobThis is a mobile application development contest sponsored by Google, a rare opportunity to compete with other students from the world, for creativity and programming skills. The winner will be given privileges such as one week trip to San Francisco, a visit to Google head office in Mountain View on top of that, and also developed application by the winner will be featured on Google Play store.

  • ・ The information of devised ideas will be disseminated as the event results. All participants are requested to agree to the condition beforehand.
  • ・ Pictures and movies will be filmed during this event for information dissemination at a later date. Part of this event is planned to be shown as live streaming video via internet. Please note that your image can be included in those pictures and movies. All the participants are requested to agree to this matter in advance.
  • ・ The development session will be done in teams of 3 to 4 participants.
  • ・ For entry of your developed app to AdMob application development contest for students, please follow the rules and conditions of the contest and apply by yourself.
