The Osaka Business Development Agency has launched “DeepTech Frontier Kansai” and opened its dedicated website to promote the strengths of Kansai’s deep tech sector to both domestic and international audiences.

The website features a database introducing promising deep tech startups based in Kansai, highlighting companies active in fields such as biotechnology, life sciences, robotics, quantum computing, and green technology.

Moving forward, the database will continue to expand, in coordination with the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan and Global Startup EXPO 2025, to showcase the appeal and innovation of deep tech originating from Kansai to the world.
